Because we believe that great wine is food for the soul, our wines are purely small batch, concentrated and high quality. We do not compete in the high volume, bulk wine market dominated by multinational companies.

We have invented an exclusive winemaking process which enables us to produce delicious wine, rich in flavour and body, without hard aggressive tannins.
Background
Our property 'Silverford' was established in 1902 by the owner of Dartmoor Station who appreciated a 'good drop' and searched for the ultimate place in which to realise it.
